Nutrition from Water (NXW) has launched Marine Whey Golden 35 (MWG35), a clean-label, golden-hued protein ingredient designed for bakery and dairy applications. It features a neutral taste, high digestibility, strong emulsion performance, and fixed price stability compared to conventional dairy and non-dairy protein alternatives.

MWG35 is suited for a range of industrial food manufacturing applications, where its golden color enhances sensory appeal in baked goods, custards, and tropical-flavored dairy alternatives, such as mango-based products.
