DSM-Firmenich launches solutions to enhance dairy-like experience in plant-based beverages

DSM-Firmenich, a global leader in nutrition and health solutions, has introduced its Smart Milk flavors and Dynarome DA technology, two innovations designed to deliver a dairy-like experience in plant-based beverages. These solutions bring creamy, buttery flavors and authentic textures to alternatives made from oat, pea, and other plant proteins, addressing a growing demand for high-quality dairy substitutes.

The Smart Milk range captures the rich, creamy, and buttery notes of traditional milk, while Dynarome DA technology focuses on masking off-notes typically associated with plant-based drinks.
