The global protein-fortified snack market, which reached a valuation of approximately US$5.6 billion in 2023, is expected to experience robust growth, with annual expansion rates of 8-10% predicted through 2030. This growth is largely driven by a rising awareness of health and nutrition, alongside an increasing preference for plant-based proteins.
