Beyond Meat brings Beyond Steak Filet to Wegmans and H-E-B following direct sales success

Beyond Meat has launched its Beyond Steak Filet at Wegmans and H-E-B, marking the first time the whole-cut plant-based steak has been made available through retail stores following a successful direct-to-consumer launch.

• Beyond Steak Filet has launched at Wegmans and H-E-B, marking its first retail availability after debuting on Beyond Meat's direct-to-consumer website in October 2025.
• The whole-cut plant-based steak contains 28g of plant protein, 3g of fiber and 1g of saturated fat per serving, using mycelium and avocado oil.
• Beyond Steak Filet is one of more than 20 Beyond Meat products to earn Clean Label Project Certification.

Beyond Meat said the retail rollout follows strong consumer demand after Beyond Steak Filet became the company's best-selling product on its direct-to-consumer website.

The product introduces mycelium into Beyond Meat's portfolio and is designed to offer a whole-cut steak alternative with what the company describes as the tender, juicy bite and flavor of a top-quality steak.

Each serving contains 28g of plant protein, 3g of fiber and just 1g of saturated fat from avocado oil. Beyond Meat also highlighted that the product contains no added antibiotics or hormones and is Non-GMO Project Verified.

Beyond Steak Filet is one of more than 20 products across the company's portfolio to receive Clean Label Project Certification, which recognizes products that meet standards for purity and ingredient transparency.
